Stepie: AI Daily Planner is provided by Shenzhen Shanyin Workshop Technology Co., Ltd. Delete your account in the app, or use this page to send a deletion request directly if you cannot access the app.

    Use the in-app option first

    Open Stepie and go to Settings › Data Control › Delete Account, then follow the confirmation steps. This directly verifies the signed-in account.

    Verify account ownership

    Web requests are handled by our support team. Send the request from the account email when possible. If needed, we only ask for information that matches the account or sign-in provider. Never send a password, verification code, full payment details, or identity document.

    30-day recovery period

    After verification, the account enters a 30-day recovery period. You may contact us to withdraw the request during that period. When it ends, the account and associated data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.

    Subscriptions and required retention

    Deleting a Stepie account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the relevant store first to avoid future charges. Records required for tax, payment, security, disputes, or other legal obligations are isolated and retained only as necessary.

Deletion covers account details, goals, tasks, notes, AI conversations, and other associated service data controlled by Stepie that is no longer needed. We also instruct applicable processors to delete data through the relevant process. For details, read the Privacy Policy.
